About the size.

304 cm along the back, 172 cm deep across the chaise, 106 cm deep through the two-seater section. That is a sofa for a large living room or an open-plan space. Leave 80 to 90 cm of walking space in front of it, and check it against the route to the balcony door before you commit.

About the height.

Total height 64 cm, seat height 40 cm - both lower than a standard sofa, and deliberately so. A low back is a lounging back. You sit into her rather than up at her, with the back low enough that your shoulders clear it and the room behind her stays open. About the cushions.
