How long will it take for my exchange item to be processed?
- Exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase & must be supported with proof of purchase. Exchanges and returns can only be against store credit vouchers or alternative items to the same value.
- no exchange, refund or credit note will be accepted on special orders, goods purchased at a discount or burnt candles. Same goes for any fabric and furniture already assembled and mattresses or any products damaged due to customer misuse.
