    An account will allow you to purchase our products online faster. It is convenient, as it will also allow you to save your shipping information for a seamless checkout. Also, by accessing your account, you can view you purchase history, wish list and saved tags.

    Q.How can I check on the status of my online delivery?

    Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our Sales Team with information regarding your order- a tracking number will be included for all international shipments. You can log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.


    Q. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Q.How much duty/tax will I have to pay for shipping?

    All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid before delivery or at the customs point. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

    Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Q.How many days does delivery usually take?

    Orders are processed and delivered from Home and Soul Furniture Trading LLC from Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Kindly note that although we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, rest assured that we will always do our best to deliver your order to you at the earliest. Once you have received an e-mail confirming the placement of your order, the duration of shipment would be as the below table:

    • i. Within UAE: 3-5 business days
    • ii. Within GCC: 7-10 business days
    • iii. Rest of the World: 14 business days

  • Q.Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

    No, we can only ship to physical addresses. However, it is crucial to add your Zip Code when and if it applies.


    Q. How long will it take for my exchange/return item to be processed?

    Exchanges or returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase & must be supported with proof of purchase. We will only accept product in its original packaging. We will also not accept any used, broken or damaged products.
