RETURN POLICY

How long will it take for my exchange/return item to be processed?

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of purchase & must be supported with proof of purchase. Exchanges and returns can only be against store credit vouchers or alternative items to the same value.
  • no exchange, refund or credit note will be accepted on special orders, goods purchased at a discount or burnt candles. Same goes for any fabric and furniture already assembled and mattresses or any products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Refunds will only be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of the goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse of failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Any returned items should be in their original packaging & be accompanied by the original receipt.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No, we can only ship to physical addresses. However, it is crucial to add your Zip Code when and if it applies.

How many days does delivery usually take?

Orders are processed and delivered from Home and Soul Furniture Trading LLC from Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Kindly note that although we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, rest assured that we will always do our best to deliver your order to you at the earliest. Once you have received an e-mail confirming the placement of your order, the duration of shipment would be as the below table:

How much duty/tax will I have to pay for shipping?

All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid before delivery or at the customs point. Please note that the courier company will charge all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling charges separately for each country where and when they may apply.

What currency will my debit/credit card be charged in?
